Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Kira Kira. I appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with my products. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand the guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact Niamh at niamh@kirakira.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact Niamh at niamh@kirakira.co.uk with photographs clearly showing the damage. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipping has occurred. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in its original packaging for a refund. To cancel an order, please contact niamh@kirakira.co.uk with your order number.
6. International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information & Lost Packages
Kira Kira is not responsible for lost packages if you provide an incorrect name or shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, you will be required to cover additional shipping costs for reshipment. If you think you've made a mistake when entering your details, please contact niamh@kirakira.co.uk to correct them as soon as possible.
